YEKATERINBURG, February 25. /TASS/. VSMPO-Avisma is interested in initiatives on conditions of mutual interest, the press service of the Russian metals corporation said.

"The corporation is open to ventures, including foreign ones, where the demand for high-technology titanium products exists, certainly, on condition of mutually beneficial cooperation," the press service stated.

VSMPO-Avisma stocks surged more than 20% on February 20, prompting the Moscow Exchange to announce a discrete auction for them earlier.

The company is the leader in the global high-technology titanium market. Its products are widely used in aerospace, energy and oil and gas sectors, shipbuilding, healthcare, sports and infrastructure development.
