MOSCOW, December 25. /TASS/. The production of passenger cars in Russia increased by 25% in November 2024 year-on-year to 80,400 units. In monthly terms, output fell by 11.8%, Russia’s Federal Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.

11M 2024 production totaled 679,000 passenger cars, which is 39.3% higher than in the same period last year.

Production of trucks decreased by 3% in November year-on-year and by 10.4% month-on-month to 17,400 units. In January-November 178,000 trucks were produced, which is 9.8% higher than in the same period of 2023.
