As of 4:30 p.m. Moscow time (1:30 p.m. GMT), the yuan exchange rate was down by 20.9 kopecks at 13.491 rubles.

By 5:20 p.m. Moscow time (2:20 p.m. GMT), the yuan had narrowed losses to 15.95 kopecks trading at 13.5405 rubles.
