MOSCOW, December 24. /TASS/. Gazprom set the gas export prices below current prices in Europe and Asia and the average figure for 2024 when budgeting for the next year, Deputy CEO of the Russian gas holding Famil Sadygov said.

"Key parameters of the budget for 2025 are based on the forecast of macroeconomic indicators of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, as before. We were even more rigorous as regards gas export prices - [we] set their level below current market prices in Europe and Asia, and average prices in 2024. Such approach will enable us to achieve the set goals even in an adverse price situation," Sadygov said, cited by the company.

The Gazprom Board approved the investment program and the budget for 2025. The capital expenses structure will not have significant changes in 2025 - a considerable portion of funds will continue to be allocated for implementation of priority programs supporting gas deliveries to the domestic market and for export.
