MOSCOW, December 19. /TASS/. The unemployment rate in Russia is at a record low level of 2.3%, President Vladimir Putin said at a Q&A session along with his annual press conference with journalists.

"There are also other indicators that are, to put it mildly, satisfactory overall. Well, first of all, one of such serious indicators for all countries of the world, for all economies, is the unemployment rate. It is at a record low of 2.3%. This has never happened before," Putin said.
