MOSCOW, December 16. /TASS/. Bahrain as a guest country will bring a large delegation to the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) next year, the kingdom’s Ambassador to Russia Ahmed Al Saati told TASS.

"Next year will mark 35 years since diplomatic relations with Russia were established. This is why we have chosen the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum as a platform for Bahrain to present our business, culture and tourism to the Russian audience. We expect great success, with many officials to arrive," he said.

"We are happy to have perfect relations with Roscongress. We have been participating in this forum for around 20 years already and now we are expanding our presence to other forums as well. We would like to be present at all economic and other events in Russia," the diplomat added.

The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will take place on June 18-21, 2025.
