MOSCOW, December 11. /TASS/. Russia will become a mighty country not depending on external shocks and challenges by 2030, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said.
"From my point of view, our country of 2030 is a strong, mighty country. It is a self-sufficient country that does not depend on external shocks, external factors, which has an opportunity to develop and has technological sovereignty. Probably it is a distinctive country," the deputy prime minister said.
Russia with its unique culture, nature and history is strong, sovereign and independent.
