MOSCOW, December 10. /TASS/. The price of gold futures contracts for February 2025 delivery on the Comex exchange (a division of the New York Mercantile Exchange) has surpassed $2,700 per troy ounce for the first time since November 25, according to trading data.

As of 3:08 p.m. Moscow time (12:08 p.m. GMT), the gold price was up by 0.56% at $2,700.9 per troy ounce.

By 3:23 p.m. Moscow time (12:23 p.m. GMT), the price of gold had narrowed gains to half a percent, trading at $2,699.3 per troy ounce.
