MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. The problem of youth unemployment ceased to exist in Russia, President Vladimir Putin said at the 15th VTB Russia Calling! Investment Forum.

"The youth unemployment is the problem in plenty of countries of the world. We also have such problem existing or, to be more accurate, existed. The unemployment rate is below 9% there," the head of state said.

The youth unemployment level was as high as 20-25% in certain Russian regions before, Putin added.
