MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. The Russian federal budget will be performed at any ruble rate, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on the sidelines of the 15th VTB Russia Calling! Investment Forum.

"The budget will be performed at any ruble rate figures. We have provisions, so we are ready to any changes in this situation," Siluanov said.
