MOSCOW, December 3. /TASS/. The Russian Finance Ministry floated 13 issues of substituting Eurobonds, the ministry said on its website.

"The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation informs about the issue of bonds of foreign bond loans of the Russian Federation," it said.

Investors will receive substituting bonds by way of exchanging sovereign Eurobonds in the ratio of one to one. The Ministry will accept the first and the second offers on December 5 of this year.
