Pakistan, Russia discuss joint transport projects — Embassy in Moscow

Sardar Awais Legahri is visiting Moscow as the co-chairman of the 9th session of the Russia-Pakistan intergovernmental commission on trade, economic, and scientific-technical cooperation

MOSCOW, December 3. /TASS/. Pakistan's Energy Minister Sardar Awais Legahri and Russian Transport Minister Roman Starovoit held discussions on bilateral projects in the fields of road, rail, and air transport during a meeting in Moscow, the Embassy of Pakistan in Moscow informed TASS.

"Sardar Awais Legahri appreciated the growing level of cooperation between Pakistan and Russia. The two sides took stock of all bilateral cooperation projects in the transport sector, including road, rail, and air," the Embassy stated. The Energy Minister of Pakistan invited the Russian Transport Minister to visit Pakistan. "Both sides agreed to continue contacts and enhance cooperation," the diplomatic mission added.
