MOSCOW, November 29. /TASS/. The net profit of Gazprom attributed to shareholders under the International Financial Reporting Standards grew by 2.8 times annually to 990 bln rubles ($9.2 bln) in January - September 2024, the gas holding reports.

"The net profit in 9 months of 2024 totaled 990 bln rubles, which is 2.8 times above the indicator in the like period of the last year," Deputy CEO Famil Sadygov said. "The net profit adjusted by non-cash items (the dividend base) totaled 842 bln rubles ($7.9 bln)," he noted.

The free cash flow of Gazprom returned to positive values and amounted to 14 bln rubles ($131.5 mln) in January - September 2024. EBITDA of the holding edged up by 23% in annual terms to 2.141 trillion rubles ($19.9 bln) in nine months of this year. The liquidity volume of the company full covers its debt liabilities with the term up to one year.
