ASTANA, November 28. /TASS/. Russia and Kazakhstan discussed the opportunity of increasing oil pumping through the system of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), President Vladimir Putin said.

"We discussed everything. [We] also discussed the opportunity of increasing Kazakh oil pumping via CPC to the port of Novorossiysk and further shipments of Kazakh oil to international markets," the Russian leader said.

"But it is not the Kazakh one only, foreign companies are also working there, so we can say it is from the territory of Kazakhstan but it is of international nature," Putin added.
