MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Sibur increased the net value of funds allocated for investments by 31% year on year to 190 bln rubles ($1.8 bln) as of the end of nine months of 2024, the Russian petrochemical major said.

"Within nine months of 2024, the net amount of funds utilized in the investing activity totaled 190 bln rubles, having increased by 31% against the like period of the last year," the company informed.

Production facilities of the company commissioned in 2013-2019 provide for almost a half of its EBITDA, Sibur said. The company is currently implementing three large-scale projects making it possible to scale up its polymer production capacity by 1.5 times.
