MOSCOW, November 26. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin may discuss issues of transportation of oil from Kazakhstan to Germany with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the visit to Astana on November 27-28, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov told reporters.

"I am 100% confident that various issues in the energy context will surely be discussed. This is, again, decided by the presidents, though we naturally assume that," he said when asked whether it is planned that the possibility of transportation of Kazakh oil through Russian territory to Germany will be discussed during Putin’s state visit to Kazakhstan on November 27. "Respective files for the talks have been prepared," Ushakov added.

Moreover, it is planned to sign a package of joint documents, including a protocol extending and amending the bilateral intergovernmental agreement on trade and economic cooperation in the area of supplies of oil and petroleum products to Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010, he said. "This is what concerns energy. This document will be signed," Ushakov said.
