BREST, November 22. /TASS/. Trade turnover between Belarus and Russia has reached $40 billion in the first nine months of this year, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov said at a joint meeting of the boards of the foreign ministries of the two countries.

"Let me remind you that our trade turnover in the first nine months [of this year] has reached $40 billion," he said.

Ryzhenkov noted that the two countries managed to achieve multi-billion dollar indicators on the economic track despite unrelenting external pressure.
