MOSCOW, November 19. /TASS/. Russia’s Finance Ministry expects federal budget to be executed with a deficit of 1.7% of GDP this year, Deputy Finance Minister Vladimir Kolychev told reporters.

"All will remain at 1.7%," he said when asked a respective question.

The key parameter in the budget policy is the budget balance and the ceiling of the state debt of 20% of GDP, Kolychev added.
