Russian Energy Week 2025 to be held on October 15-17

MOSCOW, November 18. /TASS/. The eighth Russian Energy Week (REW) International Forum will be held on October 15-17, 2025, in Moscow, Roscongress said in a statement.
"The Forum will feature sessions on the efficient use of natural energy resources and the development of the energy sector’s potential for sustainable economic growth, improving the quality of life of the country’s population and helping to strengthen its international economic position," Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation, Executive Secretary of the REW Organizing Committee Anton Kobyakov was quoted as saying. "I am confident that Russia’s partners, including its new ones in the BRICS alliance, as well as the African countries which confirmed their interest in working with Russia at the recently concluded First Ministerial Conference of the Russia-Africa Partnership Forum, will play an active part in organizing and holding the Forum," he noted.

We see the world changing, and this process requires from us not only adaptation, but also a proactive approach. In this context, Russia, with its considerable resources and experience, seeks to contribute to international cooperation. I am confident that joint efforts will enable us to meet the challenges facing the energy sector and contribute to its sustainable development," Russian Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the REW 2025 Organizing Committee Alexander Novak was quoted as saying.
In addition to the business programme, an exhibition of major energy companies, individual projects, and equipment and technologies for the fuel and energy complex will be held.
Youth Day events will also be held as part of REW, bringing together young specialists, students, and school pupils.
REW is supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of Russia, and the Moscow City Government. The Forum is being organized by the Roscongress Foundation.
