MOSCOW, November 13. /TASS/. Inflation in Russia from November 6 to 11 accelerated to 8.56% in annual terms from 8.53% the week before, according to the Economic Development Ministry’s review of the current price situation.

From November 6 to 11, 2024, prices in the consumer market rose by 0.3%. In the food sector, the rate of price growth during the reporting week was 0.55%: the growth in prices slowed down for both fruit and vegetable products (to 3.63%) and other food products (to 0.3%).

In the non-food segment, price dynamics during the reporting week were 0.09%. In the services sector, prices changed by 0.38%.

Earlier, the Economic Development Ministry raised its inflation forecast for Russia in 2024 from 5.1% to 7.3%.
