The matter depends on the energy policy, Rumen Radev noted
BAKU, November 13. /TASS/. The recovery of energy cooperation with Russia depends on relations between Russia and the European Commission, President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev told TASS.
"This issue is between the European Commission and Russia," Radev said on the sidelines of the COP29 conference.
The matter depends on the energy policy, the president added.
