NEW DELHI, November 12. /TASS/. Russia and India agree to expedite conclusion of a long-term intergovernmental agreement on Russian oil supplies to India, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov told reporters.
"We touched this issue yesterday with Prime Minister [of India] Mr. Modi and agreed today within the framework of the intergovernmental commission’s meeting to expedite the procedure of entering into such intergovernmental agreement. This is in interests of the two countries, meaning more clear understanding of volumes and timeline for deliveries," Manturov said.
Russia and India are also discussing in detail and focusing on deliveries of liquefied natural gas, the official added.
