MOSCOW, November 12. /TASS/. Russia slightly increased oil production by 9,000 barrels per day (bpd) to 9.01 mln bpd in October, the OPEC said in its November report.

Russia were to produce 8.968 mln bpd of oil in October with consideration of all voluntary cuts and 10,000 bpd of compensation for insufficiently reduced volumes. The oil production target was therefore exceeded by 42,000 bpd.

According to OPEC, oil production in Russia totaled 9.001 mln bpd in September. The average level of the third quarter of 2024 was 9.037 mln bpd.
