Russia’s National Guard destroys Ukrainian M2 Bradley IFV
The agency clarified that the M2 Bradley IFV is designed to transport infantry and provide fire cover for troops
MOSCOW, November 6. /TASS/. Servicemen of the National Guard (Rosgvardiya) destroyed a US-made M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) of the Ukrainian army using a drone in Russia’s Kursk region, the press service of the National Guard reported.
"Rosgvardiya destroyed an M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Kursk region," the report said.
The agency clarified that the M2 Bradley IFV is designed to transport infantry and provide fire cover for troops. "This type of vehicle poses a serious threat on the battlefield, so the Rosgvardiya unmanned aerial vehicle operators are tasked with destroying them before they approach the front line," the press service added.
The National Guard also mentioned that there were enemy attempts to disrupt the operators' work by electronic warfare up until the complete destruction of the vehicle.
