Russia most likely to send compensation schedule to OPEC — Novak

SOCHI, November 6. /TASS/. The Russian Ministry of Energy is highly likely to already send a new compensation schedule for oil overproduction to OPEC, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on the sidelines of the 21st meeting of the Valdai Discussion Club.
"I think, most probably, the Ministry of Energy has already worked out this issue in respect of schedules with the OPEC Secretariat," Novak noted.
According to the schedule posted on the OPEC website, Russia is to reduce production by 480,000 barrels per day in total by the end of September 2025, in small parts in individual months.
