MOSCOW, April 15. /TASS/. Russia and Belarus will sign today an agreement on joint manufacturing of a light aircraft, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during talks with his Belarusian counterpart Roman Golovchenko.
"The document that will be signed today is the intergovernmental agreement on joint production of the Osvei lightweight multirole airplane," Mishustin said.
"The Union State has the large territory. It needs the cutting-edge airplanes of different classes, different types for carriage of passengers and cargoes," Mishustin said. "We therefore begin deep cooperation in the aircraft building sphere based on the mutual benefit and equal rights in use of technologies and common production facilities," he stressed.
