The decline in supplies of oil products to foreign markets also reflects Russia's ban on gasoline exports
MOSCOW, April 12. /TASS/. Oil exports from Russia increased by 400,000 barrels per day (bpd) in March, while supplies of oil products fell by 200,000 bpd, according to the April report of the International Energy Agency (IEA).
According the report, per trade and tanker tracking statistics for March, Russian oil exports increased by about 400,000 bpd compared to the previous month, while supplies of key oil products decreased by around 200,000 bpd due to Ukraine's continuous attacks on Russian oil refineries, as well as plants’ maintenance.
The decline in supplies of oil products to foreign markets also reflects Russia's ban on gasoline exports. Oil production in Russia, excluding condensate, remained stable at 9.42 mln bpd, the IEA said.
