MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Russia is fully performing its commitments on voluntary oil production cuts as part of the OPEC+ agreement, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on the air with the Rossiya-24 TV Chanel.
"Plans for the second quarter have been defined for the time being. I would like to remind that all [OPEC+] countries affirm their commitments on reduction, the so-called voluntary quotas. In particular, Russia is honoring its commitments in full scope," Novak said.
The OPEC+ monitoring committee held its meeting online earlier today. According to Novak, member-countries of the agreement confirmed that all the market rebalancing tools are working. OPEC+ will continue making required decisions to ensure stable operation of the global market, he added.
