MOSCOW, April 3. /TASS/. Russia should not be closed to investments from unfriendly countries, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.

"Of course, we will continue to work with unfriendly countries. We cannot refuse investments from unfriendly countries," Mishustin said, adding that there are people in unfriendly countries who are ready to work with Russia.

The Prime Minister recalled that Russia simplified all mechanisms to return funds from unfriendly states as much as possible, including the development of special administrative regions.
