Interros supports Rosbank, Tinkoff integration proposal

MOSCOW, March 20. /TASS/. Interros has backed the proposal on integration of Tinkoff and Rosbank in a single banking group, President of the holding Vladimir Potanin said on the official Telegram channel.
"Interros has supported the proposal of integrating Tinkoff and Rosbank in a single banking group. I believe that creation of a consolidated entity from the standpoint of its product mix, convenience of user and growth of value and financial resilience fully meets interests of clients, shareholders, and the regulator," Potanin noted. Banks will be integrated on the basis of a fair market appraisal, with a relevant premium to the market when appraising Tinkoff. Other transactions within this framework will also follow market principles, he added.
