Russia reduced oil refining by 7% from the year start, Energy Minister Nikolay Shulginov said earlier
MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. Russia may reduce oil refining this year but oil exports will grow on account of these volumes, First Deputy Energy Minister of Russia Pavel Sorokin said.
"The situation is stable but crude oil distillation will be lower. This is the fact but there is nothing critical because it means oil exports will be higher," Sorokin said, answering the question, how attacks of Ukrainian drones can influence oil refining in Russia.
