NOVO-OGAREVO, March 14. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has opened construction of the Moscow - St. Petersburgh high speed railroad.
"We have agreed last time at the meeting that we will meet once again in the same composition and record that all the issues requiring final approval have been worked out and solved. We agreed that we will record at this meeting the very fact of starting the joint huge effort under this project," the head of state said at the official ceremony, where he participates via a videoconference link.
