Russian stocks down as Thursday trading opens

MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. Russia’s stock market was down as Thursday trading opened on Moscow Exchange as the MOEX Index lost 0.18% to 3,314.66 points, while the dollar-denominated RTS Index also fell by 0.18% to 1,120.13 points, according to trading data as of 10:00 a.m. Moscow time (07:00 a.m. GMT).
As of 10:25 a.m. (07:25 a.m. GMT), the MOEX was down by 0.39% at 3,307.79 points, while the RTS was down by 0.55% at 1,136.16 points.
Meanwhile, the dollar exchange rate was up by 0.23% at 91.72 rubles on Moscow Exchange, the euro was up by 0.22% at 100.39 rubles, while the yuan was up by 0.3% at 12.724 rubles.
