Russia, Belarus discuss transport connectivity improvement — Russian Deputy PM
The parties are also working on the mutual recognition of electronic digital signatures
MINSK, March 12. /TASS/. Participants in the meeting of the High-Level Group of the Union State Council of Ministers discussed the improvement of transport connectivity between Belarus and Russia, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk told reporters.
"We reviewed issues of improving transport connectivity between Russia and Belarus. We discussed how to make servicing of persons crossing our border more convenient. There are specific investment projects of private investors available," Overchuk noted.
The parties are also working on the mutual recognition of electronic digital signatures. "I think we will achieve signing of a relevant agreement between our countries in the near future. It [the agreement - TASS] is at a high degree of readiness," the deputy prime minister added.
