Russian economy adapted to sanctions, Putin says

KRASNODAR, March 7. /TASS/. The Russian economy has turned out to be resilient in spite of all introduced sanctions and has managed to adapt to restrictions, President Vladimir Putin said at the meeting with Governor of the Krasnodar Region Veniamin Kondratyev.
The head of the region noted that assignments of the Russian President and measures taken by the national government made it possible to provide for resilience of the economy, including the regional one. "The economy showed adaptability to challenges and difficulties, and resilience. And this is very important," the governor noted.
Putin agreed with his assessment. "This is definitely so," the head of state said.
