MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate has rose by three kopecks since last close, with the greenback trading at 91.28 rubles on the Moscow Exchange at the start of trading on Tuesday.
The euro dropped by 10.75 kopecks, standing at 99.07 rubles.
In turn, the yuan rate rose by 1.2 kopecks, trading at 12.645 rubles.
