Economic dynamics to allow Russia reaching stable GDP growth of 3% by 2030 — minister
According to the Economic Development Ministry’s official forecast, Russia’s GDP growth will exceed 2% in 2024
ABU DHABI, March 1. /TASS/. Economic decisions from Russian President Vladimir Putin’s State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly (parliament) will allow reaching stable annual GDP growth of 3% by 2030, Economic Development Minister Maxim Reshetnikov told reporters.
"A strong framework of economic decisions that were just announced in the address and will be included in the plan of action, rich in resources, will allow maintaining positive dynamics, which currently exists, with economic growth of 3% reached by 2030," he said, adding that final figures on dynamics would be presented in April.
According to the ministry’s official forecast, Russia’s GDP growth will exceed 2% this year, Reshetnikov noted.
"In 2024, we expect growth of over 2%, precise figures will be presented in April when data of the beginning of the year will be analyzed," he said.
