The president noted that "last year Russia’s economy grew with rates higher than global"
MOSCOW, February 29. /TASS/. Russia outpaced all G7 countries in terms of economic growth last year, President Vladimir Putin said in his State of the Nation Address to the Federal Assembly (parliament).
"Last year Russia’s economy grew with rates higher than global. On this measure we outpaced not only leading EU countries but also all G7 states," he said.
The president also expressed confidence that Russia would become one of the world’s top four economies in the near future.
