The price of Bitcoin has increased by more than $7,000 since February 26

MOSCOW, February 28. /TASS/. The price of Bitcoin rose by 3.84% during the trading session on Wednesday to $58,215, exceeding $58,000 for the first time since November 25, 2021, according to Coindesk data as of 10:55 a.m. Moscow time (7:55 a.m. GMT).

As of 11:04 a.m. Moscow time (8:04 a.m. GMT), the price of Bitcoin extended gains slightly to 4.29% standing at $58,618.

The price of Bitcoin has increased by more than $7,000 since February 26.

Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency invented in 2008 by an unknown person or a group of people using the name Satoshi Nakamoto. It is a decentralized digital currency without a central bank or single administrator that can be sent from user to user on the peer-to-peer bitcoin network without intermediaries.
