ANKARA, February 28. /TASS/. The ship traffic in the Bosphorus Strait was temporarily halted in both directions, the Turkish Coast Guard Command says.

The measure was taken due to a heavy fog in the strait.

The visibility in the strait declined dramatically in the morning, TRT television reports. The fog was largely formed in the northern part of the Bosphorus, closer to Black Sea waters.
