Sakhalin Energy continues selling 60% of Sakhalin-2 project LNG to Japan

MOSCOW, February 22. /TASS/. Sakhalin Energy, the operator of the Sakhalin-2 project, continues selling about 60% of liquefied natural gas (LNG) volumes produced by it to Japan, the company said.
Main lots of LNG are supplied to Japan under long-term contracts, totaling about 60% of total supplies. Sakhalin Energy also maintains deliveries to South Korea, while shipments to China account for about 25% of the corporate portfolio.
Sakhalin Energy is the reliable supplier of energy resources in the Asia-Pacific Region, the company added.
