MOSCOW, February 13. /TASS/. The dollar rose by 4.25 kopecks to 91.35 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday.
The euro dropped by 33.5 kopecks to 97.98 rubles.
The Chinese yuan remained at 12.6 rubles.
