Share of foreign investments in Russian OFZ bonds down to 7.4% in December — regulator

The par value of OFZ bonds held by nonresidents totaled 1.483 trillion rubles ($16.4 bln)
MOSCOW, February 1. /TASS/. The share of foreign investments in Russian federal loan (OFZ) bonds dropped to 7.4% as of January 1, 2024, the Bank of Russia said.
The indicator was at the level of 7.5% as of December 1, 2023, and 11.1% as of January 1, 2023.
The par value of OFZ bonds held by nonresidents totaled 1.483 trillion rubles ($16.4 bln) against the total market volume of 19.963 trillion rubles ($220.1 bln).
