Caspian Pipeline Consortium expects oil shipments to be above 70 mln tons in 2024 — CEO

CPC shipped 63.5 mln metric tons of oil from its marine terminal in 2023

ASTANA, January 16. /TASS/. The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) plans to increase oil shipments in 2024 to more than 70 mln metric tons, CEO Nikolay Gorban said at a briefing.

"The Consortium plans to meet all the volumes nominated by shippers in this year - this is more than 70 mln metric tons," he noted.

CPC shipped 63.5 mln metric tons of oil from its marine terminal in 2023.

This year, CPC plans "to pump about 60+ mln metric tons of Kazakh oil," Gorban added.
