Spain’s Windar Renovables withdraws from JV with Russian Severstal

According to data of the Russian United State Register of Legal Entities, the 51% stake in Windarseverstal is now held by New Solutions and Technologies company
MOSCOW, January 10. /TASS/. Spain-based Windar Renovables S. L. Withdrew from Windarseverstal, a joint venture with the Russian steelmaker Severstal and the producer of towers for wind turbines.
According to data of the Russian United State Register of Legal Entities, the 51% stake in Windarseverstal is now held by New Solutions and Technologies company. Severstal holds 49% in the joint venture. Relevant changes in the register were made on December 29, 2023.

Windarseverstal was established in 2018 in Taganrog.
