Fuel prices down at SPIMEX on first trading day of 2024
Premium gasoline prices edged down by 1.63% to 42,355 rubles per metric ton
MOSCOW, January 9. /TASS/. Petroleum products prices edged down as of the close of business on the first trading day in 2024, according to the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX) data.
Regular (92-octane) gasoline prices moved downward by 1.36% to 39,336 rubles ($436.8) per metric ton. Premium (95-octane) gasoline prices edged down by 1.63% to 42,355 rubles ($470.2) per metric ton.
Summer grade diesel fuel prices lost 3.73% to 51,216 rubles ($567.7) a metric ton. Winter grade diesel fuel prices ticked up by 0.15% to 63,933 rubles ($706.6) per metric ton. Inter-seasonal diesel fuel dropped by 2.82% to 51,922 rubles ($573.9) per metric ton.
Prices of liquefied petroleum gases dropped by 7.46% to 22,360 rubles ($247.7) per metric ton. Furnace fuel prices gained 1.77% over the week to 13,338 rubles ($147.8) per metric ton. Jet fuel prices edged down by 0.1% to 80,260 rubles ($887) per metric ton.
