MOSCOW, December 28. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate dropped below 90 rubles for the first time since December 19, as trading data of the Moscow Exchange shows.

As of 02:20 p.m. Moscow time, the dollar rate decreased by 1.43% to 89.96 rubles.

By 02:51 p.m. Moscow time, the dollar accelerated its decline and amounted to 89.9 rubles (-1.5%). Meanwhile, the euro decreased by 1.07% to 100.08 rubles, the yuan rate went down by 0.75% to 12.64 rubles.

As of 02:51 p.m. Moscow time, the MOEX index reached 3,088.61 points (-0.29%), the RTS index grew by 1.27% to 1,082.32 points.
