MOSCOW, December 21. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has officially started traffic on the M-12 highway to Kazan.

"Off we go! I authorize," the President said.

"Dear friends, let me congratulate you once again on today’s event. Certainly, this is the construction workers in the first place. This is their baby. They achieved excellent results in challenging, complex conditions," the head of state added.

The construction workers and the regional authorities are open to more projects like this, Putin noted. "We will discuss exactly these issues with colleagues at a meeting on carrying out National Projects, on achieving national development goals," he added.
