TUNIS, December 21. /TASS/. Tunis shows interest in the expansion of Russian grain supplies and Russia is ready to that, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference in conclusion of the visit to the Republic.

"The interest in the expansion of our grain supplies is evident; President of Tunisia [Kais Saied] also spoke about that today. As you know, we are ready to that," the minister said.

Russia has the high harvest for the third year in a row "owing to labor of farmers and weather conditions," the top Russian diplomat said. "Not a record high like last year but making it possible for us to provide for exports in almost record-breaking volumes of the last year," Lavrov added.
