Russia to hold fairs in Chinese regions — Deputy PM
According to Dmitry Chernyshenko, the first "Made in Russia" festival will be staged in cities of Shenyang and Dalian in the Liaonung Province on the eve of the Chinese New Year
BEIJING, December 18. /TASS/. The Russian Export Center (REC) will hold a series of "Made in Russia" fairs in Chinese provinces, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko said at the bilateral intergovernmental commission’s meeting.
"Taking the opportunity, I would like to draw attention to an innovative format to be launched by REC to promote Russian products in China - the 'Made in Russia' festival and fair to be staged in different provinces of China," the official said. "This format envisions promotion of Russian traditions, culture and arts, traditional sports and sports achievements, and high quality goods under the 'Made in Russia' brand through collaboration of fair, cultural and sport events," Chernyshenko added.
"The first 'Made in Russia' festival will be staged in cities of Shenyang and Dalian in the Liaonung Province on the eve of the Chinese New Year, from January 27 to February 4 of the next year," he said.
